Our Team
Remake Asset Management is built around complementary expertise and a shared investment culture — independent, rigorous, and committed to the long term. Our team combines decades of experience in real estate investment, portfolio management, and financial advisory across European and UK markets. We believe that the quality of investment decisions is inseparable from the quality and cohesion of the people who make them.
Nicolas Kert
President and Co-founder
Nicolas co-founded Remake with a clear conviction: that real estate investing deserved a more transparent, more disciplined, and more investor-aligned approach than the industry had traditionally offered. He brings deep expertise in fund structuring, property cycles, and European market dynamics, and is a regular commentator in the French financial press on SCPI strategy and real estate fundamentals.
David Seksig
Managing Director and Co-founder
David oversees the day-to-day management of Remake's funds and leads the firm's strategic development across new markets and asset classes. His background spans investment management, financial distribution, and European real estate — and he has been a prominent voice in media coverage of the UK property opportunity for French investors.
Sophie Marchand
Head of Acquisitions
Sophie leads Remake's asset sourcing and acquisition process across France, the United Kingdom, and continental Europe. With over fifteen years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, she has developed a rigorous framework for evaluating retail, office, and hospitality assets at every stage of the market cycle.
Thomas Aubert
Head of Portfolio Management
Thomas is responsible for the ongoing management of assets across all Remake funds, overseeing lease negotiations, capital expenditure programmes, and tenant relationships. His approach combines financial modelling with on-the-ground asset management experience across multiple European markets and property types.
Claire Fontaine
Investor Relations and Communications Director
Claire manages Remake's relationships with individual investors, independent financial advisers, and institutional partners. She leads the firm's communications strategy — including its blog, newsletter, press engagements, and investor documentation — with a focus on making complex real estate investment concepts genuinely accessible to a broad audience.
